We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at VeryGood.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@verygood.work with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@verygood.work with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any such exceptions will be noted on the product page.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
