This policy explains how and when your VeryGood order is shipped.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.
Delivery Times
Many of our products ship from overseas warehouses. Estimated delivery to the United States is typically 7–15 business days after processing, depending on the item and destination. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Promotional free shipping may apply to eligible items and orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking link. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after the label is created.
Customs & Import Duties
For international shipments, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@verygood.work and we will help track it down or arrange a resolution.
